Our Competition Team Training is a 2-hr long Guided Open Mat on Saturday mornings. This is an advanced training session open to all students who want to challenge themselves by engaging in difficult training sessions with our upper belts preparing for competition. These training sessions usually involve a substantial period of time on takedown work built for each athlete, as well as situational drilling, targeted roll sessions, and extended cardio work. For anyone who wants to challenge themselves and reach their potential, this is a class they need to be at.
